From Code to Chaos: A Developer's Journey into Product Management

Life doesn’t always pan out as we plan for. Sometimes when you lean too far into the rabbit hole you suddenly find yourself on a new career path. Let me take you on a journey through how I went from having programming as part of my core identity, to spending most of my time worrying about people, roadmaps and products visions. This is a real life story about how it’s OK to leave something behind, when something more exiting comes along - and all the frustrations, doubts and joys that comes with it.
Marius is an ex programmer now turned product manager with a fondness for fantastic product experiences. Although spending most of his time thinking about product development, he also maintains his programming skills by being both producer and panelist on the JavaScript podcast “BartJS Podcast”. When he’s not working as a consultant at Variant, he is very entertained by video games and audio production.
